Oil Mill

"LA PIEVE" oil mill has been producing olive oil since 1956, employing only local olives from the Grosseto district (Tuscan Maremma). In 2002 the oil produced by the farm obtained the organic certificate. In order to obtain the highest quality level for our product, olives undergo a highly controlled processing work in all its critical times and phases. The IGP oil production occurs through selected olives coming from the best farms in the area

following production methods in accordance with the highest European standards, also thanks to an advanced technology that controls the oxidation of the product in an anaerobic environment and to a rigorous electronic management of the temperature. In 2010 a new plant for product processing was opened, aimed at offering the best service for customers: a state-of-the-art facility for technology and hospitality in the remarkable tasting rooms.
